While the newer employee assisting with the display case was helpful and pleasant, the senior staff member handling the register was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

This shop appears to use deceptive practices regarding their buyback prices. I brought in approximately 30 cards for evaluation, and within seconds, every single one was marked as damaged. The staff could not even point out where the damage was, simply telling me to check myself. I suspect this was done because they already had库存 of these cards. If that''s the case, they should either adjust their prices or stop accepting them altogether. This was a waste of my time.

Regarding the purchasing process: despite six employees being present, only one was handling transactions. I was asked to verify the POP contents and was left unattended for at least five minutes. The wait became lengthy, and a staff member impatiently asked if I had checked ''yet.'' Ultimately, six customers were waiting, and my total wait time exceeded an hour—five people gave up and left during that time. When it was finally my turn, a different employee handled my transaction. It seems unreasonable that I couldn''t have been served at a different counter. The cashier also showed a strange attitude, treating me as if I were being difficult for simply waiting my turn.
