Kanda Fire Station is a Tokyo Fire Department station on Sotokanda 4-chome, sitting within the Akihabara and Kanda area of Chiyoda City. As part of the largest fire department in Japan by number of firefighters, it provides fire protection, rescue and emergency medical services to the surrounding district. The station oversees branch offices including the Misakicho Branch Office and coordinates community fire-safety education across the Kanda area. Its crews and vehicles are a familiar sight around Akihabara's busy streets, reflecting the Tokyo Fire Department's post-war heritage dating back to 1948. It serves residents, workers and visitors who rely on the station's round-the-clock emergency response. Phone: 03-3257-0119
