During my February trip to Japan, my suitcase leg broke. Even though it was nearly closing time, the owner said they could manage the tight schedule and fix it, completing the repair just before closing. It was incredibly helpful, and I am very grateful!

On Sunday, June 18, I had a spare bicycle key made. When I got home and tried locking and unlocking my bike with the new key, I was pleasantly surprised to find it works even more smoothly than the original.
