奥山ビル

Okuyama Building stands on a side street in Sotokanda, a short distance from the bustle of Akihabara's main Electric Town crossing. The building is primarily commercial, with office floors and service-oriented tenants rather than retail showrooms. While it is not a destination in itself, it provides workspace and business services in one of Tokyo's best-known electronics and otaku districts. The compact lobby and single lifts are typical of older Akihabara office buildings. You are unlikely to visit unless you have an appointment with one of the tenants, but its location makes it easy to combine with a walk around the surrounding shops and cafés. Nearby streets offer plenty of places to eat or browse while you wait.
