AI KOWADA GALLERY is a contemporary art gallery in Room 211 on the second floor of 3331 Arts Chiyoda, the art complex at 6-11-14 Sotokanda, three minutes from Suehirocho Station's exit 4. The gallery stages temporary exhibitions of contemporary art and has been listed on Tokyo Art Beat as one of the venues within the former Rensei Junior High School building that now houses studios, galleries and a cafe. The gallery sits within a renovated-school art hub that aims to bring cutting-edge art into everyday life, making it a natural stop on an Akihabara art walk alongside the NOHGA Hotel programme and nearby Park Gallery. 3331 Arts Chiyoda opens from 12:00 to 20:00 with free admission to many of its spaces.
