Aisan Building is the home of Aisan Electric Co., a long-established electrical components dealer founded in 1946 and now celebrating over 78 years in business, standing at the central intersection of Akihabara at Sotokanda 1-chome. The building houses both the sales floors and offices of Aisan Electric, which stocks a wide range of electronic components and is famous for its original Test Components Set used for qualification exams, sold alongside everyday electrical parts.

The shop opens 10:00 to 18:45 on weekdays and Saturdays, closed Sundays and holidays, and ships domestically and overseas via FedEx, DHL and SBY with credit-card payment. Its central Akihabara location makes it a landmark for engineers and hobbyists hunting for components.
