B.C. Members is a corporate office on the 12th floor of the former Fujisoft Akihabara Building, now renamed the Hulic Akihabara Tower Building, at Kanda Neribeicho 3 in Chiyoda. The building is a large mixed-use complex a three-minute walk from Akihabara Station, served by JR lines, Tokyo Metro and the Tsukuba Express, and was renamed on 1 January 2026 after acquisition by Hulic. The tower also houses companies including Bplats and Tokyo Century.

The 12th-floor office is one of several tenant firms in the 15-storey tower, which offers convenient access to central Tokyo transport links. The surrounding Kanda Neribeicho area sits between Akihabara and Okachimachi stations.
