千代田テコンドークラブ at Akihabara, Tokyo

A taekwondo dojo near Akihabara led by Japanese and world champions.

Chiyoda Taekwondo Club is an ITF-certified taekwondo dojo based at the Manseibashi district hall on the eighth floor of a Sotokanda 1-chome building, about five minutes from Akihabara Station. Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, led by current Japanese and world champion instructors alongside other experienced coaches. The club welcomes everyone from children to seniors, men and women alike, with one-on-one lessons available on request.

Training supports a range of goals including fitness, weight loss, self-defence and children's extracurricular study, with a relaxed but focused theme the club describes as yurutto bishitto. The dojo's head instructor is a working system engineer and former manga-artist hopeful who competes actively, giving the club an unusual cross-disciplinary character.
