The Kanda Shobo-Dan Dai 3 Branch Disaster Prevention Kizaikakunoko is a volunteer fire brigade unit office at 6-11-19 Sotokanda in Chiyoda, in the Suehirocho area near Akihabara. Shobo-dan are Japan's community volunteer fire corps, who support the Tokyo Fire Department by carrying out firefighting, rescue, disaster-prevention and resident-guidance activities during emergencies and festivals. The third branch serves the Suehirocho-side parish and coordinates with the Manseibashi Police Station and wider ward network.

The unit office supports local disaster-preparedness training, festival crowd control and emergency response in the Akihabara area. Its central location places it among the residential and commercial blocks behind 3331 Arts Chiyoda.
