MBK Wellness's Cicom Brains Division is a human-resources and organisational-development consultancy founded in 1996, headquartered on the seventh floor of the Akihabara Dai Building in Sotokanda 1-chome. A wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui and Co., it blends consulting expertise with technology to support self-directed learning, organisational growth and performance improvement, running programmes on next-generation leader development, global talent, career autonomy and wellbeing management.

The Akihabara Learning Centre hosts open courses, assessments and overseas-assignment training, alongside video teaching materials such as the Business Masters series. With around 60 staff, the division serves corporate HR teams across Japan and maintains an Indonesia office for cross-cultural programmes.
