Fallen-angel concept cafe in Akihabara, with a dark priest storyline, foreigner-friendly service and all-you-can-drink sets.
Noir Seraph is a fallen-angel concept cafe in Akihabara, formerly known as Eien no Tsuki -eternal moon-. The story casts the cast as noble angels whose wings were stained black by an evil god curse, leaving them as pitiful fallen angels whose freedom can only be restored by a priest. The room leans into that dark fantasy, with a moody interior, bar counter and sofas that suit both afternoon visits and longer evening sessions.\n\nThe system is straightforward, with a 40-minute all-you-can-drink set at 3,000 yen covering both soft drinks and alcohol, plus cheki photo sessions and cast drink options available. The team is notably foreigner-friendly, with English-friendly explanations and a layout that makes solo visits comfortable. The cafe is open daily from 1pm to 11pm, with the venue also hosting sister brand Blanc Bael and the related snack LUNA nearby.\n\nIf you are looking for a darker, more theatrical take on the Akihabara concept cafe, Noir Seraph is well worth a stop. Step into the room, take a seat at the bar, and see if you can break the curse.Based on 35 Google reviews
