A votive tablet monument at Kanda Shrine in Sotokanda.

The Nosatsu-hi is a votive tablet monument standing within the grounds of Kanda Shrine at 2-16-16 Sotokanda in Chiyoda, near Akihabara. The stone commemorates the practice of nosatsu, the votive wooden tablets offered by parishioners and visitors, which are burned in ritual ceremonies at the shrine. Kanda Myojin, one of Tokyo's oldest shrines, enshrines deities including two of the Seven Lucky Gods and is the guardian of 108 town councils across the city.

The monument sits along the quieter rear approach path alongside the shrine's many other commemorative stones, and is free to view during shrine opening hours. The Kanda Festival, one of Tokyo's three great festivals, centres on this shrine and its parishioner traditions.
