Rasako Gyo is a corporate office on the 15th floor of the Akihabara Dai Building at 1-18-13 Sotokanda, within the complex that houses several chemical, trading and engineering firms. The Dai Building sits directly in front of JR Akihabara Station, making it a common location for sales and administrative offices of companies operating in the Kanto region. The office is one of a number of tenant firms in the 31-storey glass tower.

The building's standard floor area of around 1,100 square metres and its CO2-free electricity supply draw firms seeking a central Tokyo base with strong transport links. The Akihabara Daibiru also offers rental conference rooms and an outdoor event space for tenant use.
