The Service Desk is the tenant and visitor service counter of the Akihabara Daibiru Building at 1-18-13 Sotokanda in Chiyoda, the 31-storey glass tower standing one minute from JR Akihabara Station. The desk handles rental conference-room bookings, the building's large hall, outdoor event space and general tenant enquiries, with the building reachable on +81 3-3258-1111. The tower houses firms including Hitachi, Fujikin, Aisin and Japan Bond Trading.

The building uses CO2-free electricity and carries a 72-hour emergency power generator, with a standard floor area of around 1,100 square metres. The service desk supports the corporate tenants and event organisers who use the complex's meeting and exhibition facilities.
