The three ATMs are still present as of this update. They are on the third floor at the entrance between Atre 1 and JR. These ATMs are particularly useful for foreign visitors; the second‑floor ATM is for domestic Japanese banks.

These ATMs are found throughout JR stations and offer the best exchange rates. At the end of a transaction, the machine asks you to choose between your home currency and yen—be sure to select yen.
