Drivers in cosplay costumes follow a guide through central Tokyo streets, passing landmarks and anime-district scenery in custom road-legal karts. Tours run from 10:00 to 22:00, with advance booking recommended.

A valid Japanese driver's licence or International Driving Permit is required, and the operator offers several course lengths from one-hour loops to longer night drives. The central Akihabara base makes it easy to slot a kart session into a day of anime and electronics shopping.
