Kitties Annoying
A very disappointing experience for a tourist. The visitor bought a figure without realizing a tax‑refund could be claimed at the register, and when they tried to speak with staff in English they found the service unhelpful.

Impressive variety of Gundam kits, including both new and pre‑owned pieces; prices can be steep, but they’re justified by the scarcity.

On both of my trips to Japan I found all the anime kits I was looking for in this store, which let me finish my shopping quickly and have more time for sightseeing. The cashiers were easy to pay at even though my Japanese is limited, and I definitely plan to come back.
