Bistro ZAKI
秋葉原にある平日のみ営業の隠れ家ビストロ。ハヤシSPFポークのロースト、ビストロおでん、厳選ワインリストで有名。
Bistro ZAKI is a quiet, hidden-gem bistro on the ground floor of the Violet Akihabara building at Kanda Matsunaga-cho 18-2, a three-minute walk from Akihabara Station A3 exit. The shop is built around two pillars: premium pork - specifically the Hayashi SPF brand from Chiba - and direct-sourced vegetables from a farmer in Miura, Kanagawa. The signature plate is the slow-roasted Hayashi SPF pork loin, finished on a special molten-rock stone plate that keeps the meat juicy and the surface caramelised. The menu also runs through Bistro Oden - a French-inspired take on the Japanese winter stew, served with pol porcini cream sauce on the daikon, smoked-cheese hanpen, and tomato-sauced cabbage rolls - and a rotating selection of yakitori-style skewers grilled on the same molten-rock plate. The wine list is broad, covering French and Italian classics alongside New World bottles from Chile, Australia and Bulgaria, with original sours rounding out the drinks. Lunch runs 11:30 to 14:30 and dinner 17:00 to 22:30, Monday to Friday only. For a grown-up, wine-forward dinner a stone throw from Electric Town - and an excuse to eat exceptional pork without the yakiniku smoke - Bistro ZAKI is one of Akihabara better-kept secrets. Take a counter stool, order the roast pork, and let the wine list do the rest.
