Shohei Machikado Library is a Chiyoda City public library on Sotokanda 3-chome, part of the Chiyoda Public Library network. Open Sunday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00, with shorter hours on 29 and 30 December and a closure on the second Sunday of each month, it is designed as an accessible street-corner reading space.
